This product does what it promises. It is designed to stay attached to the mount by friction, not the force of screwing the mounting hardware. If you read (and follow) the instructions, you won't have the problems that the other idiot who left the review had. It is not designed to be rolled up and pinched. Instead, the weight of the monitor creates friction that holds the mount in place. An inexpensive solution to free up space on your desktop. 360° rotatable and tiltable to each side. Overall a great product.
