I love the infrared light in my straightener, but sometimes my steam doesn't work. I'm not sure what causes it. It's frustrating because that's one of the reasons I did it. I've heard that these irons work better than regular ones. It doesn't really straighten my hair either, I've looked at the instructions dozens of times to see if I'm doing it wrong. Maybe it's because I have corset hair?
