My teenager grinds his teeth at night. Place this mouthguard in boiling water for 10 seconds and allow a few seconds for it to cool sufficiently so you don't burn yourself if it goes into your custom-made mouth. It was comfortable enough to sleep in. On the first night, the chewing gum suddenly twisted and puffed up a little. The second night it got better. Third night, no more reaction.
