Not sure if it would work but was pleasantly surprised! My hair was way too freaky the first time and I had to speed up the process with a brow blower, but now I know! Definitely a learning curve, but it's so pretty, you can put it on in the morning and do chores around the house, and by the time you're done you'll have gorgeous heartless curls! I can't imagine sleeping in it as I toss and turn a lot, but if you sleep well on your back you should be fine. You can also find many videos on various techniques on IG. Really cool product. Definitely recommend!
