The device has been working well since the purchase. Their clothes, belts, etc. I have 3 things that could be improved: 1. There are many, many instances in the manual where the sentences don't match because they are generally poorly written. (In an email to the company owner, I offered to help him rewrite the instructions (in exchange for a free second device), but she said her staff would make any changes needed, but her staff wrote this guide bad. The written guide at the beginning I believe.) 2. The countdown timer can only be set up to 99 minutes. If you're slow cooking or smoking something, it would make sense to set this time in hours, not just up to 99 minutes)3. The graphics are bad. (Each meat type contains a small picture/graphic of an animal and they look very crude.) To give this device a 5, the manufacturer has to solve the three problems described above.
