Review on 🎧 SoundMAGIC E11C Gunmetal Earphones with Microphone & Remote, plus Bonus 10 Eartips by Jesus Olsen

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The second set is the same excellent E11C

I bought the first E11C in March 2019. I recently lost them and ordered the same E11C version in the same color. The second set has arrived and I'm just as impressed as last year. There was no doubt in sticking with Soundmagic. After carefully reading reviews on everything from sound quality to comfort and style, I settled on Soundmagic. I usually bought cheaper, but quite adequate headphones. I'm a man, I'm 71 years old. And while I'm not an audiophile, I play guitar and bass. I started my musical journey in 1962. My knowledge and experience may not be more or less competent than that of other music lovers, but certainly from a different perspective as a musician. I was considering going from the $15 and $20 headphones to the $50 ones as I expected better sound quality. I expected more. Not so. I've listened to other headphones that cost twice as much as the E11C on my device, as well as other music and audio sources. The sonic clarity of the Soundmagic in-ear headphones is very pronounced. Full sound that I can't hear from others. Some, but not all, products cost the same and are much more expensive. I will say that I have read most of the negative reviews and criticisms from other Revain E11C buyers. Music is a selective sound experience. There is a fix for some, if not most, who have complained of muddy and poor playback that I can't hear. Remove the screens from the glasses on the headphones. I understand their purpose but they are very thick and restrictive. An improved, more accurate sound is achieved. That's pretty remarkable. The apparent research and technology and materials used in the wiring and construction of this product led to a departure from traditional design in my opinion. Even the angled plug shows the full attention to the creation of excellent headphones. Another aspect of Soundmagic is customer service. I called Revain with a question, not knowing that the Audio Equip folks sell Soundmagic. I received an email from a gentleman named Eric. Revane informed him of my request and Eric responded within two hours with information that I did not request from him. He carefully checked my details to help me. In fact, Eric has contacted me several times with the news of my purchase, even though I wasn't asked. When I needed another order he remembered my first exchange a few months ago and gave me my name and address. At that point, I hadn't ordered a second set. This individual approach is reassuring and if this is indicative of Audio Equip's corporate structure then we are in safe hands. Many Thanks
