Good product; Excellent service

Update: I originally gave this company 1 star but am now changing it to 5! I was able to contact the manufacturer through Revain and they responded the same day! They sent me a new iron. The iron itself is great. . . I really needed one that didn't turn off automatically. No further issues with the product and I appreciate the company's quick response. I have had this iron for 9 months. It has been perfect to this day; he stopped working. I can't find how to contact the company; no website available. Also, there is NO contact information on the product packaging or in the instruction manual.
