Not new and broken

I bought this from Revain because I'm ill and need to grow asap. I got it new but no problem Look and sorry buy wrong, the second problem is caps and wax, when I collect them they don't stay right as you see in the video. on the porch or door, no it was put on my driveway, one of the boxes was wet. Dissatisfied
