I am a beautician and have been using this spa for over 7 years for waxing at the spa I work at and I love it. I was so excited to get my own and then it broke. The packaging was fine but the inside of the hot tub was cracked and bent by the switch and the actual wax was not in the packaging so the lids came off (thank goodness it wasn't hot enough to melt). I'm giving 2 stars because I really like this wax kit but I'm very disappointed that it was so poorly packaged and broken.

This is my second purchase of Clean and Easy Waxer. The previous one lasted 7 years and just didn't get warm. So for the price I think 7 years is ok. This wax is easy to use and since the wax is in a roll on top of the mold it is clean to use and not a sticky mess.

Wax The product is like crazy glue. It's all chemical based. Any remaining wax is like glue on your skin. It doesn't come off. I made the mistake of using soap and water to get rid of myself when I was panicking and it made things worse. The product is a nightmare. Even oil doesn't work on wax. Wax is basically glue. Do yourself a favor and choose a natural material. Don't waste money on it.
