The box was crumpled upon delivery, the body of the device was broken, something inside rattles. Contacted seller and received return label. I returned it and immediately sent a new one. The system works well. A DVD with instructions was included, which was very helpful. Wax heats up well and I haven't had any skin irritation other than learning a little how hot/warm I can handle it. The applicators work very well, the wax applies smoothly and evenly. The only drawback is cleaning the applicator heads. takes forever. However, as this is for my personal use, I have stopped cleaning after each use. I'm still on my original wax bottles. I definitely recommend this product.
