Review on ITC by Fuzzhead Nelson

I like that it has all our hardware, software, networking equipment & supplies within one place. Also they have free pickup for returns which is great! The customer service can be quite slow sometimes as well so always keep this in mind if sending items back. They also do not do repairs anymore but only sell used parts. If there's something wrong with part you're purchasing then you'll have to bring those parts to another vendor for repair instead of bringing them to iTech Computer Repair. We've been using their support desk since day 1 when they launched. It works very effectively since everything is managed through ticketing system. There isn't anything else out there at this time that offers such convenience & efficiency. The service is very good as it has always been reliable with no downtime issues for over seven years now! There's nothing much i dislike about this product - perhaps that there could be more options in terms pricing but not at all bad if they do charge so little compared other providers out their (it would make sense though). If anyone needs fast internet connection then use them because these guys have got what u want!
