The best part of using this software is that I can keep track in one place all my business contacts, appointments along with other important details for easy access anytime anywhere without having to carry any paper copies or files around me! It's also very user friendly which makes it even more convenient when working from home as well since there are no physical office supplies needed anymore.

Since its online platform means you don't need your own laptop/computer just like how email works (which sometimes isn’t always available) so if something goes wrong then we have backup options unlike offline apps where things get lost at times due to power outages etc.. So far nothing bad has happened but still haven’t tried everything fully yet because our trial period ended recently however they do offer free support during their 30 day window after purchase therefore not much risk involved here unless anything major comes up.
