The bed is nice once it’s put together but putting it up was a nightmare. We made sure to read the instructions before putting this bed together and it still went wrong. Only two of the top sides would lock and so we finally pushed the bottom down hoping to make it work. Just know.don’t do that. That just made things worse! What wasn’t working just became an impossibility. After two (plus) hours of fighting with it, looking up troubleshooting videos on the internet and essentially taking the bottom mechanism apart we finally got it standing but it’s now never going to lock on the bottom again. Maybe ours was a one off, but it was a massive pain. The good news is, my dogs like it at least!
