Review on LOXJIE A10: Premium Class-D Stereo Power Amplifier for Audiophiles (Black) by Ken Lawson

Sound, Aesthetics, Performance

Sounds great, looks great, doesn't get hot or noisy. I bought three, the first two as gifts and the last one for myself. From time to time, a class D switching amplifier hits the mark, and it does. Previously paired with Pioneer SP-BS22LR, Klipsch R-51M, DALI Spektor, Sonist Recitals (check them out). Will try Elac Debut B6, B&W 686, Sonist Concertos (search) soon. So this should cover sensitivity between 85dB and 97dB, speakers that need power and those that are very sensitive. Clean, no audible background noise, no need to turn the knob past 9pm to get clear separation, room-filling sound. It can get LOUD. If you're looking for a really nice, unconventionally shaped, and (incredibly) compact single-input integrated music amp and want to get it under $70 or even $150, look no further. Google Chromecast Audio as the source (choose "Full Dynamic Range" in your Chromecast settings) and you're on to a good-to-great budget audio system (digital streaming or choose any source with RCA or 3.5mm output ) with power set, sufficient for at least one room of size 12x20x14 (HxWxD) if not more. This amp looks fantastic, it really is. Sitting in the middle of the speakers, on top of the speaker, on a small stool, everyone was surprised when I told them the sound was coming from "it". I can't judge the durability yet. If I buy another one in the future or go to their marketplace page for another product from them I will let you know as well. Hope that helps. Highly recommended. UPDATE: After a year of use, all three I bought are still working. I have read many other reviews that have appeared since I bought it. It seems that if you receive a flawless item upon delivery, you should be satisfied with its durability. Hope this is helpful. Highly recommended.

Pros
  • Powerful TPA3116 high-precision Class-D power amplifier chip.
