I need something for my foundation and skin care bottles and this is perfect. The middle tier shelves are 1/4 adjustable - there are 4 small shelves that can be placed anywhere in the center of the unit, allowing you to adjust them to accommodate larger bottles. Then the top tier in the middle has a few slots for lipstick or tubes while the perimeter is perfect for nail polish bottles. I easily packed 14 foundations, 5-6 skincare products (1-2 ounce serums and bottles of sunscreen, not big cleanser bottles), an 8 ounce bottle of toner and maybe 12 nail polishes into this pad with plenty of free space. Best of all, the little slots at the top are pretty big and that's the only place I can put my chopsticks in. I have an ABH foundation stick that I was hoping would fit in ByAlegory's lip gloss organizer (which I generally love) - no, it was too big to fit. But it fits on top!
