The intake manifold sits comfortably on my index finger. Tiny, soft bristles fit snugly together, providing a firm touch while cleaning your mouth. My newborn has a frenulum that causes more debris than usual so I needed these products to clean his tongue. In fact, he sat pretty still for it compared to the way he squirmed while the pediatrician cleaned his tongue with a wooden stick (from a popsicle). Easy to clean and looks strong enough to survive the early stages of teething. For under $10 this is a great deal for 3 brushes each in their own pouch. It has a compact size for travel, so you can easily carry it in your diaper/purse. I've searched my local Walmart and a Target but couldn't find a silicon copy in stock.
