We have been working closely together for over 2 years now, so I can say that we are good friends! They're always open to ideas from us - they never hesitate when it comes time to implement something new or improve an existing system. Their team members know what they do very well (they've got experience in many different industries), which makes communication easier as you don't need someone who's totally out-of-the box thinking about things like this. The only thing I dislike sometimes because of how fast everything happens here at DS is the fact that there isn't enough time for all tasks to be completed within one day. Sometimes your request will get stuck between two people due to some other task still needing attention etc., but even then my contact person finds solutions quickly and efficiently almost every single time. If you want quality work done - just go straight ahead with DS! You'll definitely not regret doing business with these guys! We use their services mostly for customer support.
