Edited: Although I had difficulties with this product, I received fantastic customer service from this company. I did EXACTLY what is shown in the video to replace the chip. I barely touched the chip to put it back in and the case that was supposed to contain the chip fell apart completely. I've tried carefully to put it back together but my printer doesn't even recognize the cartridge/chip is there. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!
