This cap unscrews much faster (and quieter!) than the original cap that came with my bottle. The original cap rattled loudly against the bottle as I unscrewed it, but not with a chugging cap. The hydration cap unscrews less than a full turn, but remains secure and watertight when screwed down. At first I was concerned that this would reduce water flow as the size of the bottle neck was perfect for me. However, I am still happy with the amount of water that the chaga cap lets through. Unlike some small caps that SLOWLY release water, the tucker cap allows me to quickly and quietly take a full sip of water, which is very important in a professional setting.
