Urgent replacement required. I drive to work 3 hours a day and my last one broke. Overall this is a very good mount and for the price it is good value. I decided to fit the dash mount and it was done in less than a minute. minimal wobble when hitting bumps. Inserting and removing the phone from the holder is easy and intuitive, and the ergonomics are such that I don't feel like I could drop my phone. And once the phone is in place it feels really secure, I don't feel like it can pop out if I hit a pothole etc. The fit and finish is very good for the price. The mechanism that grips and releases the phone looks well made too, I'm sure it will last for years. Given that it offers a lot of flexibility, feels sturdy and is easy to use, this is a very good buy.
