Both the curtain panels and the decorative vase I purchased were defective upon arrival. The hemline of the draperies was torn, and a crack ran down one side of the vase. Customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful when I called to ask for a refund or swap, and they didn't seem to care about fixing the problem. What I found most irritating about dealing with Teeker was that I was aware of their claims of dedication to customer service and product quality on their website and other promotional materials. Neither the quality of the goods nor the assistance I got reflected this. In conclusion, based on my personal experience, I cannot endorse the Teeker online shop. There are many other choices available for home decor that are more likely to fulfill your requirements and surpass your expectations.
