UPDATE October 2021 Filter still working. No complaints. Water deposits and soap residue on my glass doors and shower walls can be removed very easily with standard OTC cleaners. I have this filter in my master and a multi-stage filter in another pan and they both work as expected. My skin is telling me when it's time to change filters as I'm starting to get breakouts and itchy skin. Both help to keep the shower clean and there are no limescale deposits on the fittings. For those of you interested in water testing, these filters are not designed to purify drinking water and it says so on the packaging. Whatever nonsense you're trying to prove... just stop with your ridiculous tests. Unless you have very hard water like we have here in Vegas and don't suffer from acne, dry patchy alligator skin as a result...you won't appreciate the benefits. this filter and the impression immediately after the first application.
