If you don't want to tire your eyes, don't use computers. if you need to buy them.

I've had these glasses for about 3 weeks now. I use them for work in my office where we have huge bay windows and neon lights. At the end of the day I had a headache and tired eyes. Wearing glasses was great. I no longer have tiredness or headaches. One downside - I have a wide head so the stems are a little tight. But since the barrels have springs, that's not a big problem for me.
