I gave this one five stars because it doesn't have to worry about fire. I bought this for a specific wall light I had in the hallway that holds 14 tea lights. They give off a slightly shimmering light and are much cheaper than stand alone tea candles which require charging a battery. So they do what they say. However, if you're buying them for constant use, they need those weird little batteries that need to be replaced frequently. But on a one off basis I felt the price was reasonable. I would recommend them for special parties and events.
