I bought this mouse and enjoyed it for 3 months until one of the DPI switch buttons in the middle of the case broke and caused the scroll wheel to hang Has. I don't use this button at all. Replaced by Logitech. 3 months later it just broke. Logitech replaced it. This time it worked for 6 months before it broke again in exactly the same way. As always, I have provided a picture and a detailed description of the problem. Logitech was always demanding details, asking questions that didn't make sense before, or asking for information to be repeated, which lengthened the process. I always gave a clear explanation of what happened, as well as a photo, the FIRST message. However, I keep having to repeat myself and answer questions that don't make any sense to the problem. This time the extra effort put an end to my interest in Logitech products.
