I ordered size 10 M for little boys and they sent me size 9 N. I am very disappointed as I have personally worn Birkenstocks for 25 years and wanted to share my love of them with mine. Son. They barely fit, so I guess I'm unlucky. I also refuse to send them back to exchange for my cents. Strange!
