Not recommended. The fabric is very thin so you can see things from side to side, although it would be fine to keep pets fresh it still feels like it's about to tear. The rubber bands that come with it are excellent. The main problem was that the shirt "slid" further towards the dog's tail. It does appear to fit the dog, maybe a little heavier thanks to the elastic straps provided, but the shirt kept coming off anyway. Tried a french bulldog puppy and a yorkie. Both had the same problem. I would give 3/4 stars even for cheap fabric but with this issue I just had to throw it away.
