They last about 5 days before starting to slip. Other reviewers, who only advise degreasing glasses first, clearly haven't used these pads. The adhesive is on a double sided tape attached to the pads and the pad separates from the tape by first sliding and then peeling it off. I think the warmth of your nose will soften the glue. A failure within a week is therefore guaranteed. Maybe people who say pads last a month only wear glasses every day for a short time. Warning: If the spacers begin to slip, DO NOT allow the adhesive to get on the lenses. The adhesive can hardly be washed off with soap, alcohol or even glass cleaner. You will need to purchase a special adhesive remover such as Goo-Gone. These pads are comfortable and if the glue was better I would recommend them but the glue is terrible as it doesn't last long and leaves a horrible sticky mess. You should replace these pads every few days - wipe down the goggles with an adhesive remover each time. Definitely not recommended.
