This baby pillow is the perfect size for our little ones. We loved the bonus which is a tucked in pillow case too, so cute. We thought this purchase was of real value to us, we received a quality product at a reasonable price. We washed that immediately, the pillow and the pillowcase even though it was shrink-wrapped and then threw everything in the dryer. Both came out perfect, in fact the pillow came out a lot fluffier. We then read a small ad and a sign that said 'no wash pad' oh we did, oops. The pillow itself was fluffy and very soft until we washed it. So soft that I wish the pillow was a little firmer so baby doesn't press against him when his head rests on the pillow. We thought the design of the pillowcase was tasteful and thoughtfully designed with bears. We cannot say that there was no shrinkage during drying. No upholstery damage, what can we say. There were no prickly spots to irritate babies' delicate skin. All seams were also in perfect condition, so there was no risk of scratches. The pillowcase was soft and silky smooth, made from 100% breathable cotton, the pillow was made of man-made materials other than the shell we believe (the descriptive silky and soft label is on the pillow area and is not sewn onto the pillow. Great for a Gift Everyone) will like it, including the child. Don't do what we did, which was not to read the labels before washing. We welcome this. (The pillowcase was made approximately three (3) months prior to purchase.) As far as we can tell, the child has no sleeping problems using this pillow.
