Dims almost instantly in ceramic/glass

I bought these to make drainage holes in small ceramic and glass containers to make succulent pots. I really liked the different sizes, which seemed like good value for money, but I found them faded almost immediately. I don't think I could make a single hole even in soft ceramic with a single drill bit. The bits I usually buy, which only come in one size and three shapes, create at least 10 holes and sometimes more before becoming dull. a bit, I would skip it.
