I like how easy it was to use this software with our team of volunteers who are not tech savvy at all! It's very user friendly so anyone can be trained quickly in using this platform.
The customer service support from ReThink could have been better as we had some issues getting help when needed but they were quick to respond once contacted via email or phone call. We used rethink workflow mainly because it helps us automate many processes which saves time & money. This helped our organization save over $1000 per month by automating repetitive tasks such as submitting grant applications etc., Our volunteer program also benefited greatly since now there is less manual entry into data bases thus reducing errors while completing paperwork.
