They don't last long.
They don't last long at all. I typically get 4-6 weeks from a pair of headphones. 10 of them only lasted about 16 weeks. (I wear them 10-12 hours a day, 6 days a week.) The coolant and oil I work with tends to harden and break wires. Each pair had problems right where the cable connects to the connector.
