These masks passed the candle flame test. I couldn't blow out the flames through the mask. The flame didn't even flicker. I test every brand of mask I buy to make sure they pass the candle flame test. It is very important that the mask you use passes the flame test. Search the internet for the reason. These masks are individually wrapped. Major advantage. The earhook is solid and didn't break when I tugged. The colors are amazing. Five colors, ten of each color. Yes, I counted them :-) They are three layers (see my photos). There is a slight smell when you first open the individual packaging. I take the mask and shake it in the air and it gets rid of most of the smell. All in all, these are good masks. I will buy more in the future.
