Nice but broken. Double
I ordered this scarf as a Christmas present and then decided to order it again for someone else on my Christmas list. The first one arrived and when I went to wrap it up, the pom pom that keeps it closed wasn't even attached to the scarf. I sent it back. Then came the second one I ordered. BEFORE the person tried it on after opening, everything was fine and the bobble didn't fall off either! It was awkward. Normally I wouldn't talk about it because anything can happen! But twice. means it happens more often in others. I would not buy this online again. It was beautiful and seemed very soft, just broken.
