Unique travel toy: ride-on parts and accessories

My two year old loves traffic lights so I bought this toy. It's the perfect height for him to play and he loves his "big stop"! A woman talks about traffic safety, and then the light goes on. It doesn't work like a real traffic light - it just sounds a traffic light and then changes color. It's a bit noisy for me, but my son doesn't mind. It had several other bonus toys - a small badge, a whistle, and a glowing travel staff. Every kid loves to play with this stick and I love that it lights up without making any noise. However, the wand is a bit naughty - sometimes it just doesn't work.
