These socks are very unique. They are described as containing natural botanical moisturizers impregnated with a gel pad. I call this statement false. Applying foot cream and wearing socks for a while will make your feet softer and smoother. But this effect does not last long - maybe 30 minutes. And the socks don't last long. The gel will dissolve after about four uses and you will have to throw away your socks. I bought two pairs thinking they would last a lot longer than they actually did. Both pairs will wear out with the same number of socks/uses. Don't waste your money on these things.
