Rating would be higher if the 1st set actually worked with no problems however I had to go back and have the 2nd set shipped as 1st set 1 the speakers sounded crackling and dull. Concerned about the weather resistance as it had rained the day before when I removed the 1st set and there was water in the speaker case.
