This laundry bag is great. I use hooks over the door and they fit well. This is rare as I live in a house where all the doors are solid wood and I think they are very thick. So it's rare that the hooks above the door actually fit. To be honest I haven't tried 3M hooks because I didn't think they would hold a fully loaded laundry bag. so comfortable. I would also like to say that this laundry bag did not smell of chemicals like some I have bought in the past. It appears to be made out of synthetic fiber rather than cotton. I don't know how to explain better, but it's good because it feels a bit waterproof and doesn't take on a laundry smell. Has also held up very well. The stitching is good, along with the zip, although I don't use the zip very often. I just throw the bag in the washing machine. I think if you don't have a traditional laundry room but have a laundry/utility closet, this will come in handy, especially since you can use it in a vertical space rather than an old-fashioned basket that takes up a one-story lot, which is the case in my case is case is not.
