I really like that they are very helpful when it comes to questions about my account, or anything else for them! They also have great customer service overall which is something all hosts should strive too provide since its so important these days. Their prices can be expensive at times but their support staff has always been able to help me out whenever i need assistance as well!! Nothing specifically though other than how fast everything happens once you get an answer from there team of experts :) Great host if your looking into this kind of thing. If your not sure yet give us some time we're here 24/7 in case any issues do pop up during hours where most people wouldnt even know who we were lol :).
