Comes with a set of rotating parts. It's good because I unscrew it and keep it in the box. It's also good because you can change the length of the handle by adding or subtracting sections. It's durable enough for most types of cleaning, but I'm suspicious of doing a heavy cleaning with it. I think it will hold up, but if I push it too hard it will flex a little. The brushes are a nice addition. Not what I would call "soft". I don't use them on windows (my windows aren't that dirty) but they work well for cleaning floors. I've used it to clean windows several times. With a very nice microfiber cloth. I dip a rag in soapy water, wrap it around the head of this window cleaning tool and use a mop to remove the water. I have some hard to reach windows and this works really well for them.
