I recently had a shoulder injury that made it difficult for me to lie in a good position in bed. I found this pillow, which I bought for international flights, to be well configured to allow me to sleep in an upright position that supported my torn rotator cuff arm while still being able to get a good night's sleep since I was in staying in one position and not pushing me around causes pain and awakening. It is a good durable fabric and easy to inflate/deflate. We are flying to Europe in a few weeks and I can say that this will make our night flights more comfortable and bearable. I will order more for my husband so he doesn't steal mine and leave me without!
