Update: I'm still waiting for a refund on a return that the company received a week ago. At this point we are very upset. We bought these for our daughter and they do not fit normal toddler shoes. I bought 7/8 they would fit like 4/5. Even the description of the shoe said 4/5 on the inside of the boot and 7/8 on the pocket. They appear to be good shoes but unfortunately I don't want to try a third time to find the right size.
