So far I'm very happy with this charger. He picks up the phone off the table while I work with the magnetic charger (not MagSafe). When I use my phone for audio during a conference call, mute is right there. Removing the phone is easy if you choose not to pull it straight out. And there is only a very faint ringing on my Apple leather case, even though I don't leave the phone on charge for hours. Plugging in my AirPods to charge is an elegant solution that makes my desk even tidier. The magnetic charger uses the iPhone 12's MagSafe magnets to secure the phone, but it's not actually MagSafe. This means slower loading. And my AirPods Pro case gets pretty hot if I leave it overnight. In general I like it.
