(see pictures) Advantages: No ordering/delivery problems. arrived on time. Well packaged, all necessary documents are labeled inside. well fixed. The price was great. The quality is excellent. Fits easily/accurately for 5d Mark IV. Easy to install (I searched on YouTube). It feels like it's built very well. Disadvantages: none. I only gave it 4 stars out of 5 simply because the overall battery life isn't amazing. but not the fault of the hands. Otherwise 5 out of 5 stars. Highly recommended and I would buy the same product from the same company again and again.
