I never thought you could put the inside of a key fob in a new case. It was a lifesaver and very cheap! The buttons on the existing key fob are worn. Getting this instead of a new spare key saved me hundreds! I bought it for Soul 2011. I watched 2 videos on YouTube - I advise you to do the same before disassembling the old one. You will need to follow the spring instructions to make the key pop out. I used the old key and had to use the existing button because the new button didn't match the key. Although it was very easy. I would definitely do it again instead of changing the whole fob. I was also afraid I would mess up the key but it worked great!
