I bought these stools to use as a checkout stool at the point of sale in a retail store. I immediately noticed that even when adjusting the plastic legs at the bottom, they don't sit evenly. We ended up removing the legs entirely, and it seems to have worked. The biggest problem I've had is that devices regularly fall out because we're constantly moving the chair back and forth to access the register. They are not very comfortable and creak. I think we've had them for almost a year now and the cushion is pretty worn out at the moment as you can see in the first picture. The redeeming qualities are that if you can store gadgets in them, they're durable. You are strong. We have big guys working here and they don't have any problems. They also represent good value even if they are not the best product of the highest quality. You get quite a lot for your money. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy them if you want a sturdy stool at a good price. I would recommend using thread lock on the hardware and using genuine legal hand tools to assemble it.
