The best part about this service is that it not only analyzes what you're sending but also who's receiving them as well! It makes me feel way more confident when I send things out knowing there are people actively engaging with my messages rather than seeing some number for 'opens' or something like that! Sometimes it takes awhile before I see results from the program but once we get rolling it usually picks up right where it left off. There have definitely been times I've noticed drops in engagement which has given me pause for thought especially because sometimes people don't always open emails immediately and then when they do eventually click away from them completely! I would recommend others use this tool because of how easy it was to set up and train users within our organization! We were able to really improve the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns quite quickly using these insights and tracking metrics.
