1 broken remote control and 1 working.

I set up all sockets with a remote control as described in the product instructions. What I didn't realize, since the outlets were in different rooms, was that the other outlets turned on and off with the outlet I was looking at. I placed all the outlets in one room and tried multiple times to adjust them as needed. Since everyone was in the same room, I could see more than one outlet turning on and off in some cases. I used the second controller and was able to set up all 5 sockets with no problem. The first controller is defective, so I am now trying to contact Bystron. There is no phone to call. The box has a web address and I was able to send a note through the website. If I don't get an answer soon I'll just send the entire package back to Revain as defective. Update 4/20/2018 I don't need to return the radio buttons because I solved the problem. Each remote control is unique and each socket must be programmed with both remote controls. This can cause a problem if the buttons and outputs get mixed up with each remote during programming (my case). The reset function is not described in the manual on page 1.1. Unplug all electrical outlets from wall outlets.2. Reset all outlets by pressing and holding the program button while unplugging the device and continuing to hold the program button while plugging it back in.3. The light flashes quickly 4 times and then stays off.4. Repeat with the next one until all outputs are reset.5. Start at exit [1]. Press the program button on the socket until it flashes slowly.6. Press the [1] button on the 1st remote control (without number) and the socket will stop flashing. Now it is programmed.7. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for the remaining outputs with the corresponding outputs and buttons (1=1, 2=2, 3=3, 4=4, 5=5).8. With the second (unnumbered) remote control, repeat steps 4, 5, and 6 for all outlets.9. The 1st and 2nd remote controls are now programmed so that the buttons and sockets match. (1=1, 2=2, 3=3, 4=4 and 5=5).
