Doesn't keep drinks warm enough

Suitable if you drink coffee quickly and use smaller cups. However, with a regular sized mug, you can keep it there for hours and still sip your beverage without discomfort. It's getting warm, but not very much. I'll "get by" because it's better than my coffee going completely cold, but I was hoping for the best. It's also very easy to accidentally turn it off, which is why you sometimes end up with a cold drink.
