Review on Versatile Adjustable Dumbbell Set With Multiple Weight Options - Perfect For Full Body Workouts At Home Gym For Both Men And Women by Adam Jauregui

Good but with one drawback

They're what you'd expect - adjustable dumbbells that work just fine. However, there's one issue with both these and the bowflex ones that I'm surprised I'm not seeing anyone mentioning - there's no way to balance them on your knees right before you kick them up into position and lean back to bench press.Everybody bench presses dumbbells the same way - You pick up the dumbbells, carry them over to the bench, sit down while balancing them on your upper legs right above your knees, and then thrust your knees up high into the air in order to get the dumbbells into position by your shoulders as you lean back on the bench. With normal dumbbells this is no problem. It's no problem with power block adjustable dumbbells either due to their square, flat ends. However, these dumbbells (and bowflex) have a goofy round protuberance at the ends, making it impossible to balance them on your upper legs if you're using heavy weights (not to mention incredibly painful to try and balance as well, as the small round end grinds into your leg). It makes doing bench presses prohibitively difficult because you simply can't get them into position without great pain and effort. It's a very dysfunctional design. If they had flat, square ends, they'd be perfect

Bought these in 2020. It is almost 2023. Lasted me this long with no problems. As long as you care for them and don’t slam them they should last a while. I keep these in my garage with a towel over it.
